SHIPPING
Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of order confirmation. All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping. Business days are Sunday – Thursday, excluding holidays.
We ship internationally using Register air mail for a flat rate of $5 per order. delivery takes 2-3 weeks

EMS delivery takes approx 6 business days for a flat rate of $20 per order, if you need to upgrade your shipping method, please let me know at : inbarsb@gmail.com

Duty and Taxes: The recipient (the party receiving goods) is responsible for all custom fees, including taxes, brokerage fees, and any other fees assessed at the border prior to delivery. The carrier will collect these charges at the time of delivery.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Please contact us prior to return shipping. We accept unused items in their original packaging for store credit or exchange within 21 days of purchase, not including shipping fees. We cannot accept returns or exchanges of custom & sale items. Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer; please send items along with purchase details to the following address:

REPAIRS & CARE

All items are guaranteed for 1 year following purchase. We will repair any item free of charge within this time frame. Orders older than 1 year may be subject to a repair fee, please contact us prior to return shipping for an assessment.
